Phil has accrued a very impressive list of qualifications from Premier, Active IQ, CHEK Institute and Pulse. He is a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage, REPS level 3, a level 3 British Triathlon Federation Coach and a 4D Performance Trainer. As a member of the 4D Fitness UK team he offers sophisticated, mobile personal training across Oxfordshire that gets real results for his clients. He has a passion for helping people achieve their goals, whether they are losing weight, running a marathon, improving overall health and everything in between.
