Post Natal Fitness Course

A 6 week post natal fitness course for Mummies, focussing on restoring your core and putting you back together after having your baby. We concentrate on functional movements, reconnecting you to your pelvic floor, metabolic circuits and relaxation.

In the first class, we will carry out a full rectis diastasis check (abdominal separation) and post natal health questionnaire. This class is suitable for Mums 8 weeks post natal, with the all clear from your GP, subject to the above checks - we may recommend a referral to a women's health physio or homework and join the next course, if we feel you are not yet ready for the class.

Places are limited, so you are advised to book as soon as possible.
Babies are welcome at all post natal classes
