Suitable for all stages of pregnancy from 12 weeks onwards.
Groups are kept small so early booking is advisable.
Our classes will introduce you to a variety of techniques to
help strengthen your body, soothe away aches and pains and relax the mind so that you can enjoy your pregnancy at every stage and prepare for the birth of your beautiful baby. They are also a wonderful opportunity to make new friends and most of all it's fun!
