After a storming success in 2012, Folk Weekend is back – and this year we've added in even more events for all the family to enjoy.

Our Family Ceilidh was hugely popular last year; don't worry if you've never danced before, there will be a caller to talk you through it – just bring comfy shoes and be prepared for a good time!

For some guaranteed Family Fun head to Oxford Castle Gardens, where you'll find a number of delights awaiting. There will be arts and craft, Maypole dancing, drama workshops, and enormous bubbles - plus a free pot of bubbles to every visitor!

For the very little ones we have fun and games in the Westgate Children's Library - nursery songs and rhymes with plenty of joining in, actions, and animal noises!

If all that hasn't exhausted you, head over to Gloucester Green for the Oxford Village Fête – fairground games, craft stalls, Morris dancing, or a cup of tea!
