Customer Support Advisor


Working as part of a team within the customer contact centre you will effectively deal with inbound calls from Miele customers who wish to place an order, offering relevant advice and guidance.

*It is essential that you have some experience of working within a customer service environment. You will have a good level of IT skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with our customers and internal teams.

*Full time and part time roles are available. Part time hours: 1.00pm – 6.00pm Mon to Fri & 9.00am – 2.00pm on Saturdays.

Training for the role will take place between 22nd April – 9th May 2014.
