pregnancy and Mums-babies Yoga


Pregnancy Yoga is an excellent way to stay supple and boost energy levels during this time. It can help relieve symptoms such as heartburn, swollen joints and cramps. Breathing/visualiation techniques will help you connect with your unborn child, reduce stress, anxiety, promote restful sleep and importantly help assist you through labour and childbirth.

The Mums-babies Yoga class is for 2months-Crawling. We do gentle exercise and movements with songs for Mum and baby. Classes are intimate and friendly and work at your own level. Please "like" my FB group for updates:
