One to one Yoga


One to one/small group: Louise offers Yoga to small groups and one to one- This can be a great way to strengthen and develop your practice as the tuition is tailored to your particular level and pace with undivided attention. This can be done in your own home or from a studio in London/Wallingford

Workplace Yoga: These sessions can take place before/after work or during the lunch break. Yoga helps to reduce stress and tension and improve energy levels and concentration. It helps with work related problems such as RSI, back or shoulder tension.

Louise teaches Hatha, Pregnancy and Mum-Baby Yoga.
