Pregnancy Yoga is an excellent way to stay supple and boost energy levels during this time. It can help relieve symptoms such as heartburn, swollen joints and cramps. Breathing/visualiation techniques will help you connect with your unborn child, reduce stress, anxiety, promote restful sleep and importantly help assist you through labour and childbirth.

    I joined pregnancy yoga fairly late into my pregnancy and only managed to squeeze in 3 sessions before my due date. However, what I learnt in that short time proved extremely beneficial to me during labour. The breathing techniques in particular helped me to focus and relax with each contraction without the need for pain relief. Highly recommend to any expectant Mums!
