Pembrokeshire

Pembrokeshire is Wales' most popular coastal destination with 15 Green Flag Award Beaches (more than any other county in the UK) and home to the only truly Coastal National Park.
Whether you prefer a traditional busy seaside resort, such as Tenby or a secluded natural bay as beautiful as Barafundle, you can be sure that Pembrokeshire has the beach for you. As well as 186 miles of coast, Pembrokeshire also boasts the spectacular offshore islands of Grassholm; Ramsey; Skokholm; Skomer and Caldey, each with their own special charms.
Pembrokeshire has stunning views, an abundance of nature and wildlife (thanks to protected areas) and, for the more adrenalin loving, lots to do. Coasteering was invented in Pembrokeshire, and as well as exploring rocky shores there is also ample opportunity to climb, paraglide, surf, kayak, dive, Go-Kart off-road or even take part in Battlefield and much more.

Pembrokeshire is steeped in history and legend, with numerous Castles, Forts and Ancient Sites. The main castles: Manorbier, Pembroke, Carew, Narberth, Haverfordwest and Llawhaden, all make great days out as do the Country Houses and Estates of Picton Castle and Scolton Manor and the magnificent St David's Cathedral situated in the smallest city in the UK.

Popular attractions in Pembrokeshire include Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo and Manor House Wildlife Park.
