Want a pregnancy class that will make you feel confident & comfortable through your pregnancy and fit for birth both physically & emotionally? Then this is the ideal pregnancy & birth preparation class for you!

These mums-only classes allow you to experience yoga based exercise to calming music, specifically designed for pregnancy, and to prepare for birth using active birth techniques, breathing & relaxation.

• Movement – for comfort in pregnancy, to encourage baby into position for birth & to work with the body in labour.
• Breathing – learn and practice techniques for relaxation and to use in labour.
• Relaxation – Research shows if labour is relaxed, it becomes much easier & shorter.

Classes are suitable from 14 weeks and can be completed right up until your due date & beyond!
