This is a small friendly group, where you can explore information about birth and share your experiences. At NCT Relax, Stretch and Breathe sessions we practice yoga-based exercise, relaxation, and breathing for labour and birth.
Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy, no previous yoga experience necessary, and ideal for first-time mothers as well as those who already have children. Popular with mothers who have had a previous difficult birth, as a place to regain confidence.
The teacher is an NCT Excellent Practitioner, with a Diploma in Antenatal Education, who has been practicing yoga since 2001 including through two pregnancies.
