Pregnancy Pilates Classes


Are you are looking for an evening Pregnancy Pilates class led by a certified Pilates Foundation UK and pre/post-natal specialist accredited matwork teacher?

Pilates is a gentle low impact form of exercise and is considered to be one of the best forms of exercise during pregnancy.

You will learn about optimal foetal positioning, how to strengthen the pelvic floor, useful breathing techniques and rest and release exercises to help relax you and ease the tension of labour. In some cases, Pilates may even help to shorten the second (pushing) phase of labour.

Come and meet other mums to be be, learn a bit more about your changing body, work on strengthening your core muscles and improving posture, and most importantly come and have fun whilst having a good work out!

General matwork classes are also available in Lee-on-Solent and Bridgemary, Gosport.
