Fareham Farmers Market

City outskirts

Fareham's independent Farmers' markets are held from 9am to 2pm on the first Saturday of every month, all year round in the pedestrian area of West Street.

You'll find up to 40 stalls selling everything from organic fruit and vegetables, free range eggs, exotic and rare breed meats, homebaked bread and cakes, to locally brewed beer and garden plants.

All produce being sold must have been grown, reared, caught, brewed, pickled, baked or processed within the ‘local' area. The definition of ‘local' is normally within Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, but could be within 100 miles of Fareham if there is no suitable local producer of a given product.Preference will always be given to the most local producer when a space becomes available at the market without compromising quality.
