We are a small charity providing community mediation across Berkshire and Oxfordshire. We are looking for an administrator to join our small friendly team and to be responsible for the intake and processing of cases and other administration support.
The job includes:
Maintaining database records
assisting with training events
carrying out marketing activities
supporting the Resolve managers
Skills required include:
Good standard of MS Office software
excellent communication and planning skills
knowledge of community mediation is desirable, but training can be given
15 hours per week, 11 am to 2 pm Monday to Friday.
