Progressive Fitness Training Ltd was formed in 2006 by James Parker, an ex-Army Physical Training Instructor and personal trainer. We are a Reading, Berkshire-based personal training and group fitness company offering personal training, sports massage therapy and group/corporate fitness, as well as our very popular Boot Camp Fitness programme. Whether you are new to exercise, a seasoned veteran, a sports team, or a group of friends or colleagues, Progressive Fitness will help you to realise your potential.
