Adult Cheer-Fit Cheerleading fitness & dance: Cardio Workout, Core Conditioning, Stretching, Flexibility, Dance Routines, Choreography, Stunts. Cheer Fun & Fit workout to increase fitness, tone, strength & flexibility with dance routines & stunts. Open to all levels we pride ourselves on creating a really welcoming and inclusive environment. Taught by professional cheer coach and ex-pro cheerleader from The London Oval. We also run children's classes in Barnes for ages 3yrs - 15yrs in Barnes.
