Award winning instructor, Dan Carlos, will put you through your paces in our Fit4Battle session. Each participant burns between 500/800 calories per hour and exercises target your arms, shoulders, abs, thighs and bum all in one workout. It is also an incredible form of stress release.
Our Fit4Battle class will keep you on the move and the group energy will make sure you leave on a total high!
