A weekly dynamic yoga class designed to get the energy flowing, improve body tone, strength, flexibility and posture as well as rejuvenate and relax.
All postures are offered with modifications so that each individual can go at their own pace and make it as challenging or as gentle as they wish.
Each session works around a specific theme or focus and are regularly changed to help keep the sessions fresh and interesting. Each session finishes on a short breathing practice and guided relaxation.
Suitable for beginners with some experience and intermediate level.
Thursday evenings from 6:45pm - 8pm
Drop-in to class - £12
6 Class Pass - £60 (£10 per class), no expiry date
12 Class Pass - £108 (£9 per class), no expiry date
