Tai Chi


Starting on Friday 9 October 2016, this relaxing Tai Chi exercise class is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.

This is a great way of keeping active and increasing your balance, whilst also clearing your mind and relaxing.

Try the class for only £1 per session on Friday 9 and 16 October at 09.30am.

Also starting this autumn at the YMCA White House, is Zumba Gold on Tuesdays 11.30am and Circuits on Thursdays 6pm.
