Pregnancy Yoga - Twickenham


Being pregnant is a great personal adventure for any woman. Yoga can help you to prepare both physically and emotionally during this time of change.

As your baby grows, yoga is used to strengthen, tone and relax you, as well as help nurture a happy, healthy and growing baby.

Pregnancy yoga can specifically help:-
* With common pregnancy ailments e.g. heartburn, backache, swollen limbs
* Improve energy levels
* Promote relaxation and a good night's sleep
* Prepare you for labour and birth
* Stretch, tone and strengthen muscles including the pelvic floor

Who: Suitable from 15 weeks of pregnancy. No previous experience of yoga necessary
Saturday mornings: 9:45am – 11am, at Heart Twickenham, 1st Floor, 67a Holly Road, TW1 4HF

Pricing: £65 for a five week block booking, payment in advance to confirm the place
