Voted 'Netmums Favourite Adult Class in Richmond 2014'
This course will introduce you into the world of yoga via the key yoga poses (asana), and sequences, basic breathing (pranayama), and relaxation techniques. All of which you would expect to come across in any general yoga class.
The physical postures will help improve tone, strength, flexibility, posture and balance, whilst the breathing and relaxation techniques will help allow you to rejuvenate and relax.
Suitable for the COMPLETE beginner with no previous experience, or those who are very rusty and want to re-visit the basics
Five week courses run on Thursday evenings from 8:05pm - 9:15pm
