Pilates classes for all levels in Hampton Hill. In the classes we work hard to bring back abdominal, back and glute strength...those areas which can become weak after pregnancy and childbirth! We achieve this not only through pure Pilates but also through small, focused conditioning moves which result in a fantastic all round workout. Tightness, strength and the return of a waistline are within your grasp. These classes are very popular and are booked per half-term, there are no drop-ins.
