Let's Get Fit In '14!!!
I offer a vast range of training, from body weight, kettle-bells, boxing, resistance and free weight training within a gym as well as many others. All workouts will be tailored to you and will include nutritional advice and an additional workout plan if needed/necessary. One on one sessions are available in whichever surroundings you are most comfortable with, home, outdoors or gym. I bring all of my own kit and I am completely mobile meaning there are no restraints and you get the most out of the session without having to worry about time constraints.
