I work as a personal trainer, nutritional advisor and weight loss coach in SW London and specialise in maintaining health and fitness in pre and post natal women. I offer bespoke programmes of exercise, postural alignment and dietary advice on a one to one basis. I am a mother myself and therefore understand the physical and emotional challenges and demands of a busy family life. It is often hard to find the time to exercise and it may seem difficult to eat healthily when you are living life 'on the run' I offer sound practical advice on how to lose weight and maintain weight loss through healthy eating, and I prescribe effective exercise that you can incorporate into your busy daily schedule.
