I'm a personal trainer, specialising in helping my clients restore youthful movement. I use bodyweight drills and kettlebell exercises to help people improve their mobility, lose fat and develop strength.

I learned this the hard way. I suffer from arthritis and worked for years in a desk bound job. But I educated myself on how to restore and maintain proper movement, how to lose fat, flatten my stomach, grow stronger - how to stay fit and healthy as I head into middle age.

I now know that working at a desk, having a busy lifestlye and growing older DOESN'T have to mean losing strength, health and mobility - I show clients how. My diet and training protocols help people restore the movement they have lost, lose weight, build muscle and lead healthy lives well into their later years.
