* BOOTCAMP : Inside until it gets sunny! Strength and high intensity training for burning fat and revving up your metabolic rate.
* BOXING FOR FITNESS : A massive feel good class that leaves you wanting more.
* ONE-TO-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING / SMALL GROUP TRAINING : We have two trainers who have vast experience in weight-loss and a return to fitness. Sessions take place in Hampton.
Classes take place in Hampton,Hampton Hill and (when it's sunny) Bushy Park.
