I am a certified Level 3 Mobile Personal Trainer serving SW and West London.
I specialise in Barre training which is a fusion between pilates, cardio, yoga and ballet! Dont worry, you dont need to have a Barre at home since the exercises can be modified. If you do have one, then thats great !
What is Barre ?
Using your own body weight as resistance, the Barre workout targets muscles in your thighs, seat, arms and abs to the point of fatigue then stretches them for relief. The process, called interval overload includes muscle defining arm exercises, intense thigh, seat sequences, waist-chiseling ab moves and stretches! All in 60 min and it can be modified to all different levels and abilities. No equipment is needed!
Available as one to one or works perfectly for groups of friends too!

We will start with an initial consultation and build your routine from there.
I also do nutrition and other types of training if you want to take your results and Wellness to the next level.
