Safe, effective, post-natal exercise to tighten up your tummy - and the rest of you! Using the fabulous outdoors for cardio training at the Wetland Centre - then coming inside for abdominal and other toning exercises-all very entertaining for the babies!
No booking required. Just turn up with your baby - and your buggy! All year Pilates/Yoga and Post Natal exercise qualified teacher.Classes run throughout the year.

I love this class. Such a great setting to exercise in and a brilliant way to meet other mums. Pauline is a fantastic teacher who always keeps things fresh and doesn't mind if you need to nip off and deal with a grumpy baby. The workout is perfectly tailored to deal with a post pregnancy body and the set up means the babies are part of the class rather than being a hindrance. Would thoroughly recommend Pushbabies to any local mums.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I loved this class and went twice a week, religiously, for 9 months. Not only did it save my sanity, but I met some lovely new mums and I got fit & toned at the same time. Fantastic setting - the Wetland Centre is great - a beautiful place to exercise! Far far far better than any gym. Pauline is amazing - very knowledgeable; fun; positive and loads of energy. I also used to take my then 2.5 year old along as well as my baby, who loved it and joined in the classes! Brilliant brilliant brilliant.
The perfect antidote to sleep deprivation and breast feeding hunch. This is a great way to get you and baby out of the house and feeling human again. Pauline has lots of energy and knows her stuff and the coffee afterwards is a good way to meet other mums.
