The Prince Blucher

Richmond upon Thames

This historic pub was built in 1845, and is named after a famous Prussian Field Marshal, Gebhard Blucher, who helped The Duke of Wellington defeat Napoleon in The Battle of Waterloo.
We offer a warm welcome to all the family. Indeed, youngsters are especially well catered for here - we have baby change facilities, a great children's play area and even a dedicated kids menu.
Thanks to an exciting renovation in 2014, we have a new covered, heated dining terrace - perfect for those warm summer evenings. Finally he Meditarrenian life style comes to Twickenham.
Our chefs demand great-tasting ingredients. So for our spring menu, we searched far and wide for the country's best seasonal produce bursting with fresh spring flavours.
You're promised a perfect pint every time at The Prince Blucher, with a great range of real ale, craft beer and Fuller's favourites to choose from.

We went there several times with local mums. The pub looks great after a renovation and is a favourite place for families now. The toilets upstairs and the baby change facilities downstairs are of high standard. It is easy to navigate with a buggy inside it (crucial for those with young kids). The food was very tasty and you get a nice service with a warm smile all the time. We hope they keep up these standards for us to enjoy a local family friendly hub!
