Calm and peaceful births create calm babies. Calm babies find it easier to breast feed and sleep and tend to go on to be calm children. This makes for a happy and relaxed family.
Karen has been teaching Hypnobirthing for over 10 years and is also a meditation and mindfulness teacher.
