Bring your trainers, some water.... the rest is up to you.
Done to music this is low impact (no jumping) with exercises to tone your legs, bums & tums! Half the class done standing and the rest on the mats.
Work as much (or as little) as you want! Grab a friend, come along and have a laugh.
