Antenatal class - Pregnancy Yoga


Lovely, relaxing and self-empowering Pregnancy yoga classes in Malton on a Wednesday evening 18:00 - 19:30 and in Scarborough on a Thursday evening 18:00 - 19:30. The classes will be a welcoming, friendly space for you to take time for yourself and your growing baby. We will work on breathing techniques and yoga poses to assist you throughout your pregnancy and birth. The classes always finish with mindful meditation and relaxation time.

The classes are open to all women, no experience of yoga is necessary. It is a lovely opportunity to meet new friends and share time with other women experiencing a similar time in life. I am currently pregnant myself so will love to share this special time with you all.
