Pilates, Pregnancy&Postnatal Fitness


Galago run a range of classes including pilates, buggy fit & other pregnancy & postnatal fitness for the borders.
The benefits of the specially tailored fitness programmes are:-

- reduces common pregnancy complaints (e.g. back & pelvic pain)
- prepares your body for birth
- includes breathing techniques for labour
- information about movement in labour and birthing positions
- assisting baby into the optimal birthing position
- prepares your body for caring for your baby (strengthens back, etc)
- aids post natal recovery
- reduces stress
- teaches you lifting, holding, feeding and carrying techniques which protect your back, wrists and pelvis

Instructor is REPs registered, holds Disclosure, Infant and Child First Aid qualified and a qualified Pre and Post Natal Fitness Specialist.
