Hypnobirthing is a complete antenatal preparation course for you and your partner (or whoever will be there to support you through the birth). It teaches simple but effective self hypnosis, relaxation and breathing techniques that let you discover the magic and joy of birth. The techniques that you will learn are deeply relaxing and effective, and allow your mind and body to work in harmony, just as nature intended.

The price includes a book, relaxation CD, many useful handouts and ongoing phone and email support right up to the birth.

This is often described as the best money ever spent - it is worth asking for donations from friends and family rather than the usual baby gifts. A calm and peaceful birth is the best gift you can give yourself and your baby.


This is a 12 hour course; either 4 Monday evenings or 2 Saturdays
