The post holder will be responsible for contacting clients on Zestâ€™s exercise referral scheme, making client appointments and carrying out day to day administration of the service. You will be based in Upperthorpe, Sheffield<br /> <br />You will have specific responsibility for dealing with client referrals into and out of the service and communicating with clients at all stages of the client journey, including telephone assessments, letters and follow up calls. <br /><br />The successful applicant will work flexibly within the team and as well as acting as first point of contact for clients, you will also collect and input data and client records onto spreadsheets and systems.
