This small, supportive, safely facilitated group, run over six sessions will offer you a new, easier approach to losing weight and lasting weight management.

It will;

Help change the way you think and feel about food.

Provide you with motivation to keep weight off.

Teach you a variety of self-hypnosis techniques for weight management. Six sessions, starting on 20th January-3rd March, excluding 24th Feb. 1-2.30pm
