Birth ROCKS - Birth Preparation for Couples
FEDANT APPROVED classes,
Can be taught over 1 day, 2 x half days or 4 weeks. Dates and times to suit.

A birth preparation course for parents including folder with handouts and deluxe birth pack. A wonderful workshop for you and your birth partner (you can come alone if you wish) on preparing for the most amazing day of you life :)

The course includes:
* Uncovering and releasing your fears of parenting and birth;
* Discover your coping style: how will I be in birth?
* What your birth partner can do on the big day;
* Comfort and relaxation techniques including: self hypnosis for birth; breathing and positions for birth; massage and aromatherapy; your birth tools and much more.
* Looking at your birth options and creating a birth plan
