Are you interested in eating well in 2016 and beyond? And sharing this knowledge with your family and friends?
Then this workshop is for you. This isn't about New Year's resolutions, hastily made and quickly forgotten (hence it taking place in late January!), but a workshop focused on introducing everyone to the foundations and principles of good nutrition.
One cliché we will be exploring in the workshop is out with the old and in with the new as I will be taking the traditional eating plate we know so well and dragging it into the 21st Century, discussing what this means for us and what we should be filling our plates with.
Who should attend:
This workshop is open to everyone and will provide a foundation level to nutrition, covering a detailed yet accessible overview of what we should be looking to eat on a daily basis.
My stance as a Nutritional Therapist is to provide accessible nutrition - I do this by sharing the information I have learnt over many years and ensuring the cost for this remains at an affordable level. As this workshop is an introduction to nutrition the price reflects this too. Please book via: http://www.eating-well-in-2016.eventbrite.com
