W D, (William Dodd), Butchers


W D Butchers sells traditional carcass beef, hung and matured for 21-28 days, along with Welsh lamb, free-range pork and traditional Herefordshire beef. Also available is a variety of home-made sausages, home-cured and dry-cured smoked and unsmoked bacon. William can also sell Scotch beef if required.

W D Butchers supplies a number of pubs and restaurants in the Shrewsbury town centre, as well as a number in the Telford and Ironbridge area.

All of William's products have full traceability and he prides himself on being a traditional family butchers, providing excellent quality and a high standard of service to all his customers. W D Butchers believe they are one of the few truly traditional butchers left trading in Shrewsbury – as all the beef is hung for 21-28 days and is rotated around the fridge accordingly.
