Life Dreams is a group run by two highly qualified and experienced professionals.

Rose is a Registered Hypnotherapist and Life Coach with over 15 years experience.

Jo is a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist and Breastfeeding peer supporter.

Each group will incorporate a short teaching session, followed by a guided relaxation and skill (such as baby massage, gentle work outs, creating your own positive techniques etc), and then a chance to relax together with tea and cake, share stories and ask questions.
