Small group trimester specific training classes taught by midwife and fitness instructor Jodie Barratt.

A safe and sociable gym style class without the need for a gym membership.

45 minute class with optional 15 minute stay and chat – each week we discuss a new topic from tapering your exercise during your pregnancy to pelvic floor and abdominal muscle health.

Suitable from 1st scan/12 weeks onwards.
