Antenatal Yoga and Natural Birth Workshops


All welcome from 12 weeks onwards<br />No Yoga experience required<br />Classes consist of gentle stretches to prepare the body for birth, breathing and relaxation techniques to calm the mind before, during and after labour.<br /><br />'Exercise with purpose and intention to create a stronger birthing body'<br /><br />Classes last 90 mins, and you can drop in or out, no need to book a whole course. Some women attend throughout their pregnancy from 12 weeks onwards, some only come when they need the support as their due date approaches.<br /><br />Calling all mums to be 30 weeks+<br />Monthly couples workshops. Don't just hope for a natural birth, prepare for one with this couples workshop.     This class is the highlight of my week! It's helped ease my back pain and is wonderfully relaxing!

    The yoga classes are very relaxing, I always sleep well afterwards and am sure that it will help me stay calm when my baby is born. I would recommend it to anyone!
