No previous Yoga experience required
Classes consist of gentle stretches to prepare the body for child birth, breathing and relaxation techniques to calm the mind before, during and after labour.
'Exercise with purpose and intention to create a stronger birthing body'
Classes will be 90 minutes long, and you can drop in or out, no need to book a whole course. Some women like to attend throughout their pregnancy from 12 weeks onwards, some only come when they feel they need the support as their due date approaches.

Monthly couples workshops. Don't just hope for a natural birth, prepare for one with this couples workshop. We'll discuss, baby's positioning, active birth and natural pain relief options.
