Mum & baby fitness


The fitdankbaby® course concept has been carefully designed by fitness instructors, midwives and physio therapists for mums with small babies from 3 months of age. Please make sure you have had your post natal check and your GP is happy for you to start exercising again. After nine months of pregnancy your body needs time to get back to its pre-pregnancy condition. Be assured that the fitdankbaby® course has been developed for exactly this target group and will only offer exercises that are safe to do after childbirth.
