The fitdankbaby® course concept has been carefully designed by fitness instructors, midwives and physio therapists for mums with small babies from 3 months to 14 months of age.
The classes are friendly and are suitable for any fitness level. Within a 75 minute class you will do a cardiovascular workout, toning and strengthening exercises, games and activities with and for your baby, relaxation, work on your posture and there is always time for a chat to the other mums. All games and activities for the babies will support them in their development and we will be offering lots of extra information about that during the course. We would like to offer you an easy, fun and safe way to exercise while being with your baby. We will make sure that each exercise is safe and effective, so you will leave a class feeling invigorated and ready for the next challenge. A happy mum means a happy baby. It is proven that sport and being physically active can help a mum with baby blues. Social interaction, discussions with other mums about the new situation also help.
This taster session will allow you to ask any questions. The 4 week course will be starting very soon!
