This sessions aims to develop on underpinning techniques, making for stronger and better athletes, who can avoid injury and excel in competition. Each week our coaches will take their group around 3 activities, including elements of running, jumping and throwing. Each athlete gets to try out all sorts of disciplines that they may otherwise not have had the chance to, so they can work out where their talent and interest lies.

Each session is based within our athletics track so you're guaranteed a safe environment, with toilets, baby changing facilities and ample seating space, not to mention our well stocked tuck shop!

Our team of volunteers is led by DBS checked and qualified coaches, with appropriate insurance cover, supported by our great facilities and wide range of athletic equipment.

We aim to be welcoming and supportive so come down and give it a go, hope to see you soon!
