Relaxation is an important skill for pregnancy and birth. We will guide you through a lovely long, soothing, relaxation session using Natal Hypnotherapy.

Each weekly Relaxation Hour provides a different focus covering common concerns in pregnancy, such as healthy eating, good sleep, trusting your body, releasing anxiety, etc. All sessions are designed to increase your belief and confidence in your ability to grow and birth your baby. As your anxiety reduces and you learn to relax you naturally find that your breathing becomes deep and rhythmic, aiding relaxation and increasing your ability to cope in labour, helping you, helping your baby.

These sessions are for pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy.

Relaxation Hour gives you time and space in your busy life to focus on you and your baby.
