Customer Service Adviser


To effectively manage enquires from Affinity partners and their customers, promoting the Affinity/Ageas brand and developing sales for Motor, Household and Travel business.

Handling requests for new business, mid term adjustment, renewal quotations on personal lines products, the jobholder will generate business whilst meeting both customer need and Company objectives. They will obtain leads for other affinity products, creating new opportunities to cross sell. To maximise business potential and remain a top service provider, other activities including outbound calls will be carried out.

Working 10am – 3pm 4 days a week including Saturday
