My postnatal yoga classes combine gentle stretches to rebuild physical strength, breathing techniques to slay negative emotion and relaxation to help the body to rest. It provides a pathway to inner confidence and calm, promoting feelings of health and vitality which inspires and influences how you nuture baby.
