Our Jamaican style Dancehall Workouts are high-energy cardio classes. Working out to the hottest music you will work up a sweat and get your heart-rate going. This Jamaican-Dance inspired exercise helps you lose weight and increases your fitness level.

This is the perfect workout to do with your friends, as you lose your inhibitions and get fit whilst dancing to our tutor's easy-to-follow routines.
