Yummy Mummy Bootcamp Sessions are held twice a week on Monday's & Wednesday's at 9.30am. All other bootcamp sessions are also open to mums and are available Monday to Thursday 6pm and 7.15pm and Saturdays 10.30am. Yummy Mummy sessions allow mums to bring their buggies to the session and work out in front of the babies. Buggies are not used in the work out so no need to have a buggy and baby checks are completed after each drill/circuit. Sessions are tailor made for mums incorporating important exercises for strengthening and rebuilding muscles needed for everyday life. On top of that we focus on cardiovascular fitness and weight loss, which comes naturally to those who persist. I try to make these sessions as fun as possible and all mums who have attended have thoroughly enjoyed it so far! Come and try something different, get some fresh air and have some you time with baby right there!
